Quick offer guide
Want to make an offer?
Offer the seller the price you're willing to pay.
You can make an offer on any listings which carry the ‘Make an offer’ button.
Our standard buyer’s premium of 3% inc VAT applies.
What happens when I have made my offer?
Your offer will be automatically rejected if it is not close enough to the seller’s reserve (this may be lower than the ‘Buy Now’ price).
If the offer is close enough to the desired sale price, we’ll forward to the seller, and they have 24 hours to accept, reject, or counter your offer by suggesting another price.
What if I get a counteroffer?
The same rules apply. If the seller suggests another price, you’ll have 24 hours to accept or reject it. If you reject, you can continue to negotiate by making another offer which we will take back to the seller.
How do I make an offer?
To make an offer, either start a new chat - tap the icon at the bottom right, or from any vehicle listing page.
Tell us how to reach you and make your offer.
We'll get straight back to you.
