74 Ferrari 312T #12 Niki Lauda Tribute
Popbang : Autodrawing - Radio-controlled artwork. Painted using radio-controlled cars, car tyres and toy car wheels.
Created live at Formula 1 Rolex British Grand Prix 2019 Silverstone Race Circuit, Northampton, UK on Friday 12th July.
Ian Cook: "This was created at Silverstone on the anniversary of his passing. it's a nice tribute piece to Niki Lauda, I haven't done that many Ferraris as artworks so it was a great opportunity to do that.
"I really like it, there's golds, there's deep reds and loads of texture. Then obviously we have his signature that was taken from his helmet which had the same text on it so a nice nod to that."
